I agree, age is just a number.
It does depend on what you want from a relationship though.
If I'm looking for some uncomplicated fun I would always pick a younger man, sex is a lot more fun and they tend to want to please and obey commands far easier ;)
An older man can be set his ways and not be quite so willing to experiment, not forgetting that some may have stamina issues

Whatever mutually works. Granted, the more common ground you have, the better chances you have in the long run, but with human interaction on any level, there just isn't a rule book, no one is keeping score and if you do find someone who has as strong as a reaction to you as you to them, then you are truly blessed, regardless of whatever demographics in which the two of you reside.

Perhaps im the exception to the rule ,but the salt and pepper hair might deceive you into thinking im passed it ....But you would be so wrong, still athletic in the bedroom ,the clothes are much younger, and I have worn out a few that were a lot younger than myself.

What an interesting thread. Older or younger............I think it depends on your needs. I'm in my late 50's. I have a wonderful lady 20yrs younger. she's the only girl who can match my intellect and physicality. Yea she doesn't understand the 60's or 70's but she's teaching me about the 80's and 90's when I was too busy to have fun. It annoys me when people say 'older people are more experienced and better in bed' WRONG! I am 22, have had sexual partners around my age that have been amazing but I am attracted to older guys for many reasons but certainly not for the sex, I am in a relationship with a man who is 20 years older than me and we do not even have sex because his penis is so small. Also, when i was 17 i was seeing a man who was 21 years older than me who i did have sex with but it wasn't great, in fact, it was pretty damn awful! So, no, I am certainly not attracted to older guys for great sex because in my experience they are a lot WORSE than the younger guys (although some younger guys i've slept with have been AWFUL) but i may of just had bad luck? Older guys personalities attract me, I am very mature for my age and do not go partying etc like boys my age do, and that's right, they are BOYS but boys my age are certainly better in bed, from my experiences anyways.

I have had both. But, more often than not, they've been older. Up until recently, though. Now it seems I'm swayed more towards younger. But, I don't go too young, because, just no. 25 is about my limit. Anything younger just puts me off. And as for older, as long as they are not older than my mum, we're fine.
