Older, but only slightly.
I've found that men in my age group (18-21) are still getting their lives together and aren't the most mature bunch.
But astoundingly, I also found out through a few not-so-smart decisions on my part that MUCH older men (40+) who chase women in my age group tend to have emotional problems and control issues coupled with the lack of maturity and not having their lives very put-together as their younger counterparts. I'm aware that not all older men are this way, but that has been my experience thus far and I'm not risking that kind of instance again.
Therefore, the 22-26 age group seems optimal for me at this point in my life. My wonderful boyfriend is 5 and a half years older than I am, and I couldn't possibly be happier!

To me, older or younger isn't something that counts. I have run into and experienced some older men who act like children, and younger men who act far beyond their years. Respect and compassion are really some of the key elements. A younger man has some benefits that older men do not (stamina, volume, eagerness) and older men have some benefits that younger men do not (experience, understanding, size) - just to give a few examples, those are not solid standards, just examples.

In my limited experience, the younger ones are more energetic, and can go at it multiple times. But the older ones, they know all the tricks, and a single romp can last for quite some time.

I don't know that it is quite this simple. If you are speaking just in broad general terms and deliberately lumping all older and all younger men together into two piles, then this works as a roughly true comparison.
But the world is made up of individual men. I'll assert that there are individual men in the 50s who can out-last, out-cum, and out-crave a large percentage of the younger male population while still possessing experience, self-control, maturity, and a more developed masculine certainty and fire. I feel very certain that I am a much better version of me than my younger self, and that is especially true when it comes to sex, as well as romance and loving a woman.

They both have benefits. Have found that older men who have been around with lots of women are much more experienced and uninhibited. Will generally do anything for you and can stretch your boundaries using their experience. Usually have more patience and invest the time to give me multiple orgasms.
