My nipples are super sensitive as they are but I've been wanting to get them pierced for yrs but don't give in as its been known to lose sensitive on one or both nipples or get more sensitive by getting them pierced. I'm super sensitive so I can live w/out those body modifications.

I would think that if a woman has a piercing it should be a ring type which you could thread a thin chain through and have some very nice vibrations when pulled. Even better if pulled through both nipples ;-)
