I just got a little curious about this so felt like getting some feedback from the fairer sex.
I have a friend that is embarrassed by the length of her inner labia so much so that she clams up and turns beetroot red if I ever mention the subject. I was wondering if this is a common thought and how prevalent small pussy lips were as every woman i've been with has a degree of lippiness about her?
Has this ever caused a guy to ever lose interest in you?

There's a lot of people out there who enjoy 'meaty' vaginas, as they're so lovingly known. A lot of women have a complex about it since most pornography photoshops the inner labia out and many actresses get surgery to have them reduced.
It's a popular and unfortunate concern for her to have. I doubt anyone would throw a woman out of bed for having a longer inner labia.
I personal am a very lippy lady down there. At first when I was starting to fool around with guys I was very self contentious about it. In porn and photos of women you never see vagina's like that, they all look very neat and trim and non-lippy. So I thought I was weird. But guys never complained, it never stopped them from fooling around with me, or going down on me, or calling me up to see if I wanted to fuck again. So over time I became less self conscious.
Now I realize that despite what porn shows, its very common for women to have inner lips that are bigger. Heck, some men prefer it. Your friend just need to understand that its nothing to be worried about. That she just needs to own it and not be ashamed of it. In fact there are studies that show that women with larger labia lips are more sensitive to stimulation and therefore are more likely to orgasm. Now who doesn't love that?

Yeah, I've had this convo with female friends once... going around the table of "who had what." The girls that had 'burger out of the bun' pussies didn't seem particularly concerned about it being an unattractive feature, but they are self-confident girls in general.
Having petite "porn-friendly" lips myself, I'm not sure if I would feel self-conscious if I had a meaty pussy. My honest guess is that I probably would if it was on the extreme side. It would have to be exceptionally disproportionate for me to consider any kind of surgical alterations. I really see that as a last resort - if you're going into porn or are an exotic dancer, then I can see the concern, but I really don't think most guys care that much if they're with a girl that they're into or find hot enough to get naked with in the first place.
But I've always been of the mindset that if it bothers a woman a lot and makes her self-conscious enough that it affects her sex-life, then get them trimmed. I don't see it as any different than a woman getting her nose done, implants or some other surgery to boost her confidence when it comes to feeling attractive.
I know this is ask the gals, but as a guy I'd like to just say. I kinda like a litle extra lippage hanging out. How much is too much? I'll have to let you know when I see it. But anytime I'm face to face with a bare pussy, I'm pretty much going to enjoy the view no matter what.

I agree with what some of the people have said before me, that the porn industry does give a rather slanted view on how women look. In just the same way that the fashion industry does (I'm sure it's the same for guys to some degree)
Now, if there was some physiological problem, then yes, surgery would have to be an option, but I think it would be better to see the "idealised" image as more of a fairytale than a norm....
