is it wrong to look at all the leaked pics of famous people or should they have been smart and not taken them?
yes, it's wrong.

just because i might fuck in my own bed, that doesn't give you the right to watch me.
yes I agree they should be entitled to their privacy even though they are celebs
I am not so sure about this, it is wrong to steal them but once they are in the public domain why is it wrong to look at them? They won't go away just because you or I don't look at them. I would say it is wrong to pay to look at things like this, that encourages it, but if they are out there on the net, why not?

Is it wrong that I had to Google the names of these people to find out why they are supposedly 'famous'?

I wrote a satirical ebook about what it takes to get / be famous - A Star Is Porn:

The 18-year-old winner of a competition in a teen magazine finds herself dropped into the world of Tom Walsh, the world's most notorious photographer. Together, they embark on a game-changing photo shoot which promises to fuse the worlds of porn and high fashion... while simultaneously creating a new superstar.

'A Star is Porn' is a hard, humorous satire about today's celebrity society and the desperation to be famous at any cost. How far is a check-out girl from Whitby prepared to go? Topless? Nude? A savage new haircut? How about having sex with the biggest porn star in France on the streets of Paris? Are there any boundaries left?
It is 100% wrong for people to look at and repost, share leaked photos. Everyone, including famous people have the RIGHT to do as they wish behind closed doors, even if they're taking photos. They are PRIVATE. And if they're not the ones sharing, than it is a breech of their privacy. And anyone who looks, goes looking, shares, or whatever is doing something WRONG. I've actually unfollowed a great deal of people on Tumblr for reblogging photos of the current famous person dealing with this issue.
I don't think it's okay to look at them. Those pictures were personal, private pictures meant for one person. If that person shares them, or in this case, a hacker breaks in and gets them, they are being insensitive and invading a personal part of these girl's lives. If they wanted the world to see the pictures, they would have posted them.
I'm amazed at the publicity and how many people care.
Holy cow a naked female body, haven't seen one of those on line in at least 15 seconds.

If it were someone I personally knew I might have a different opinion. Or at least a desire to look. But some model or actress, nope, cant say I really care.
naked pictures are naked pictures. If you don't want anyone to see, don't send. This is the era of technology. It's getting out..one way or another
Letting someone take a picture of you naked is an act of intimacy, just as allowing someone to make love to you is intimate. Being intimate with one person doesn't obligate you to be intimate with the entire world. Posting a picture of someone who has been intimate with you, without your permission, of course, is an act that is morally equivalent to assault. Just because I have sex with my husband doesn't mean that I want to have sex with the rest of the world, and if I give someone a picture of myself naked, it doesn't mean that I want the world to see it. It certainly doesn't entitle anyone to come and have sex with me or steal my pictures and show them to others.

Celebrities don't give up their right to intimacy when they become famous. There are plenty of pictures of naked people on the internet who want you to look at them. Why look at those who don't?

Yes.

Most of my opinions are shades of gray, since I'm a moral relativist. Yes is my short answer though, with several qualifications. If my nude pictures ever get leaked however, I'd only be upset if someone else claimed they were theirs.

Very good point. To some people getting their kit off is a job and you learn to separate your naked self from your everyday self. These were private photos and we have no right to see them. Those people aren't pro nude models and this must be hard for them to deal with.

I was curious and looked. Wasn't overly impressed. It was ok.
With so much porn out there why should anyone bother?
Didnt care to search
Regardless of celebrity status I am on the fence about this situation.

I don't think it's okay to look at leaked pics that weren't intended for the general public. What happened was a violation of privacy.

That being said, if you're going to take nude pics of yourself and you want to keep them private, it's a complete lack of common sense to store them on anything related to the internet. Hackers can and will find a way to get to what they want. Celebrities have it worse than anyone else because they're known and therefore easily identified and probably chased down.

I feel badly for the victims, but I want to shake them until their teeth rattle simply because they failed to use their brain cells. I'm not blaming the victims for the actions of the hackers, I do feel a little bit of foresight would have helped them avoid the situation. Take as many pics as you want, don't post them on your phones or the cloud or anywhere that isn't completely secure. Nothing on the internet is secure.
