Hmm that depends on what kind of role playing you refer to.
I'm a big fan of clerics myself especially the blaster style but that's probably not what you're looking for.
Role play can be fun but if it's done badly it can feel like you're in an amateur dramatic performance of a play and someone forgot to give you your lines.
So I can do it but it isn't my favourite way to do things.
I can get bogged down in making the situation feel real or discard it for what feels more in the moment.
Both can be a passion killer and both can frustrate if the scenario doesn't really pay off in the way it's expected to.

Another cleric! The username I use on most boards (including our sister site) is the name of a cleric I played in a long ago D&D campaign. Don't use it here for discretion reasons. Makes me easy to find since it's kind of unique. I also played thieves a lot (including playing one thief in one campaign, then his apprentice in the next).
