Well... it's kind of all important because you want to be proportional. You don't want to be overly built in one area and the rest just looks soft. If I had to pick one, I think back/shoulder muscles do it most for me as well.

However... the 'V-lines' or 'sex lines' literally make me wet. I *love* to drag my tongue along these lines on my way down to a guy's cock. You have to be fit and work hard to get them but they're soooo sexy.
