I have found that being the older man, theres alot of patience required. I honestly couldn't do much more than 8 years older or younger (when I'm obviously old enough that after lopping off 8 years the girl in question would be legal).
Generational gaps do exist and I think there can be disconnects.
And the fact is, a person in their 20s is as a different life stage than a person in their 40s. I don't get how such a thing could work long term.
