I am not a girl, but here is the technique I use to teach women. It has been very successful, though not all women can squirt.
First, get a towel and put it under you. You have no idea how much you will squirt, but if you do, it will likely be a lot of fluid!
To start, slide two fingers into your pussy, then curl your fingers upward so your fingertips are rubbing on the top (or front) of your vaginal wall. Slide your fingers down along the vag wall toward the opening of your pussy. I don't believe that all women can squirt though, or at least some of them seem to be a lot more anatomically advantaged than others. Technically, only 25% of women ever orgasmed from their g-spots; if you have never experienced a g-spot orgasm, I'd try to achieve that first before attempting to squirt.
