There are so many things that make up a great blowjob. Find out what he likes and go from there.

Be nice to the tip of his dick, keeping in mind that the tip is about as sensitive as the clit so treat it accordingly. Show it the right amount of attention, but don't overdo it to where it becomes uncomfortable.
