Dear Lord! Well, in all honesty, it really depends if I have a man in my life and how often we're together - if he's with me, I have absolutely no need to masturbate unless it's together.
If/when I'm on my single or away from my man, I typically masturbate at least twice a day pretty much everyday (once in the morning and at least once but sometimes twice before bed). Having said that, there are days (usually lazy weekends) when I have been known to spend a lot more time masturbating than I care to admit.
