In my work clothes - never.
At home always as I am naked most of the time.
Casual clothing, I have and do occasionally. I don't have a particular fetish for commando but always wear underwear beneath pants/ jeans etc to avoid the occasional wet (sex) patches and often go without if I have a dress on. I am not an exhibitionist but do like the feeling of no nickers.
