I have only traded panties with girls within my own country, so I don't have direct experience with overseas clothing parcels, but I can tell you that if the package isn't opened by postal inspectors, customs, or Homeland Security, it WILL be opened by the Agriculture Dept. at the border. They are very careful about not allowing propagating organic material into the country without proper certification from the sender (they stopped some flower seeds I ordered from Thailand just a couple weeks ago!)

Tips for those sending panties in the post:

Stick the bag in a padded envelope and Mail 'Em!
