I like an elegant black tux, I am not really a sucker for stuff, but I like a "nice" suit if a man can pull off a well-taylored, fitted designer suit... it is sexy. I think a chic vest without the jacket, a nice jacket with jeans, a nice shirt with a tie eskew or loose... even a tie off and a few buttons down is VERY sexy sometimes - on the right man. Dome people say "shoes" make the man. Personally, I wonder about their socks. It really doesn't matter to me what they are wearing though, as long as it is appropriate and nice... or looks nice and if I like "great" ~ but I prefer what is on the "inside."

Well said. Tight suits that are too small do not garner a guy any respect in the business world. High water pants? Is he expecting a flood? No socks with a suit just makes one look stupid. You go sockless with khaki chinos, penny loafers or deck shoes.

I agree with most of what has been said, if the occasion calls for it then yes of course. Guys look really hot in a suit. They also look hot in jeans and a T-shirt, in pyjamas and also in nothing at all splayed out over my mattress. It all depends.
