I suspect that more often than not, there are men on both sides of the gloryhole. I was in an adult store in Portland, OR once, years ago, and noticed that the arcade booths actually had professionally made signs on the doors of certain ones saying "Gloryhole Booth" and even "Double Gloryhole Booth" - both sides, I guess?
