That is just poor hygiene, uncut men who keep themselves clean don't smell any different. I think it is an optical illusion, the extra skin makes the heads appear smaller. I did some breif research and I couldn't find any medical data to support uncut men having narrower heads.

I'm not sure that I can say yay or neigh on this question, as I have never seen/encountered an uncut cock. Again, this comes down to a hygiene issue, an uncut man who keeps himself clean poses no higher risk. If he doesn't then yes, foreskin is a great place for all kinds of nasties to hide. I really feel I must stick up for the uncut men on this one. I have yet to encounter a uncut man with poor hygiene. It is a shame that a few dirty buggers can give them such a nasty reputation.

This must be a cultural thing - I may be wrong on this but uncut are the norm in the UK so am baffled as to the small amount of cut ones reported in this article. Sorry to resurrect an old topic, but I created an account just to comment on this. I'm not sure what the worry is about hygiene problems, in this topic and in general. I'm uncut and I've never had any cleanliness issues. I don't need to specifically wash myself when I take my shower and there hasn't ever been a smell or gunk issue or anything. Is this just one of those irrational fears like high schoolers worried they can get pregnant from oral sex?
