Being an exhibitionist (that can only act on it when we are well away from home), I can say that I would most likely get very turned on during such a shoot especially the way it's being described.
As for being turned on by pictures of myself, that needs a little explanation. I would not be turned on by the pictures itself. What I will get turned on by, is what memories the picture can evoke.
For example, right now, if I saw a picture of myself blindfolded and tied to the bed naked, I would get extremely aroused remembering all that we did and how we spent this last Sunday.

For those that say they can get turned on by pics of themselves, is it the actual pics or the the memory of what you were doing when the pics were taken? I'd think the thoughts and emotions and pleasure and of being turned on at picture time could cause some arousal when reviewing them later.
