It really depends on who says it and in what context. I think 'breast' is more the technical way to address them. I think of mamograms when people say 'breast'. lol. 'Boobs' I find kind of awkward to say nowadays- especially after watching a video of a llama saying 'boobs' really obnoxiously. So I suppose 'tits' it is :P
