Boobs is more of a casual conversation term. Hot sexy whisper breasts and you are on the right track. Say titties and I'll think you are not man or woman enough to be with me. Boobies, means we are laughing and joking around. Knockers, bra buddies, milk bags, etc. I will politely smile and hook up with someone else.

Partial agreement with Meggsy, I like breasts as a more general term. When making out with hubby, I love to hear him say tits or breasts, doesn't matter. Titties is ok..

Boobs or boobies, I don't care for.

i usually go with "tits," especially in a sexual context. "boobs" sounds kind of goofy, and so doesn't work well for me in that kind of situation. "breasts" is fine, but nothing special. i wrote a whole article about this at some point, maybe i'll try to find it and post it here somewhere. but the general closing idea was something like this: breasts are a part of my body, something i wash in the shower, etc. boobs are the big clumsy things i keep in my bra that sometimes get in my way. tits are what love getting attention from licks, kisses, caresses, and all that good stuff!

That sums it up for me as well. Breasts are neutral, tits are smutty, boobs are comical. And each term can be appropriate given the right circumstance.
