So ladies, I had a very interesting interaction last night in the Lounge forum, op Bi men and women.
The post went thus:

"My guess is there ARE more bisexual women than men for starters a simple example girls sleep over. One thing that MANY girls do is? "PRACTICE" kissing! "GUYS" don't do that. Primarily because a sexually curious guy is mostly focus on GIRLS".

There is more to it with my reaction (bottom post P2 and P3) if you want to look. My reply was a WTF but was I too hasty? Not being a bisexual woman maybe I'm wrong! So, is the reason why so many girls are bisexual is because they had sleep overs?
I can personally testify that bisexual or not, women don't sit around kissing each other or practicing how to kiss.

It wasn't so much the sleepover as the naked pillow fights during the sleepovers that were my downfall.

I attended plenty of sleepovers way back when and still occasionally go on vacations with female friends. Never once did we practice kissing. I don't know, maybe my friends weren't attracted to me? That thought makes me sad.

Anyway, we spent most of the time talking about boys, and still do for that matter.

I am Bi but I too have never practiced kissing during a sleepover. Practiced deep-throating bananas but not kissing!!

And the guys NEVER checked the other cocks in the showers!
I think it can be true to a degree. In my opinion, the stigma attached to homosexuality is greater for men than it is for women, so women might be more at ease to try something with a person of the same sex, or at least reveal their bisexuality to others. Whether it happens during sleepovers or not is another debate. I don't personally think that every girl who has sleepovers will practice kissing or have sexual experiences with her friends.

I'm not sure about that. I just checked for the percentages, and they vary. Sometimes twice as many women are reported to be biseuxal, other times it's the opposite.
I started to get the attraction to women through porn, I was scared to tell any of my friends at first never mind 'practice kissing'. I think men mistake girls sleepovers in real life to the ones they see in their porno's.

I think women are more open about being bisexual than men. That doesn't mean that there are more of them, just more admit it. I sometimes think men hide behind the bicurious tag, really being bisexuals but scared to take the plunge.
On Lush I would say there are a lot more "out" bi-sexual women than men. I also see that there are a lot of men that are interested in transsexual/transgender/cross dressers that all claim to be straight! I think some men on this site get the wrong idea(mostly in chat rooms) and think that ALL women on here are bi-sexual! That is NOT the case at all.... There are some straight ones here! There is also the issue with women confusing bi-curious with bi-sexual!... As well as the fact that there are a TON of "female bi-sexual" profiles that are actually MEN trying to get a dirty chat with a female....

I knew there was some reason I've resisted the chat lure.
