Too many story ideas?

Too many story ideas is the story of my writer life.

Pick one and get going. The thing is, as long as you're not brain dead, ideas aren't in short supply. They're not a precious commodity. You can probably afford to squander a few. If they're worthwhile, they'll stick in your head long enough to allow you to complete whatever you're working on and start a new project. Sometimes, if you're lucky, you can fold them into your current work, and let it take off in a new interesting direction. But if you forget them by the time you're ready to write the next story, not to worry, another idea (or maybe the same one you forgot) will come along sooner or later and then you're off to the races again.
