I'm not a huge one for bodily descriptions, but when I do any descriptive like undressing, I create an image in front of me. When I write about taking off a shirt, I will undo the buttons my fingers or take a hold of the hem.
Anyone watching me would think I had lost it. The thing with this approach it can me word heavy. One story took over 1000 words to undress one of my characters.
Perhaps you could take and approach similar. Either with an image in your head or on your monitor and take in the details, area by area, working your way down. How the sun reflects off their muscles, how the skin ripples over the top, the shade of skin.
Are veins showing over the muscles? Do the run in straight lines or meander along the length of the muscles or cross over like a bridge. What about tendons and bones are they showing? Are the muscles long or bunched? Tensed or relaxed?
A thought just occurred perhaps try putting a description down and try drawing from that.
