How to find sexy AI pics?

I am curious what sites you all use to find sexy AI pics for your erotica. I have seen a few used on stories submitted.

A bunch of members create them using various apps/sites with generative prompt, like PlaygroundAI, LeonardoAI and Mid-Journey.

Obviously Google Image search is another way.

Do any of those apps work in the MacOS realm?

Some can, some can't. Depends on the model. I use NightCafe which has multiple models and some allow NSFW and some do not. See the cover on my story Minnie's Merry Mall Christmas. That rather hot image was generated there using the Flux AI model, which didn't seem especially upset by the prompt that generated it. Not sure about full-on sex but that's not allowed in cover images anyhow so I would not try that.

Yes but I see some stories with fully nude AI models, I wonder where people get those from

The less people messing with that AI nonsense, the better.

I've used ArtBot for many of mine. It's basically a distributed image gen service. The individual nodes can set whether they will allow NSFW generation but typically you can do it. It may take a few minutes to get through the queue.
