I have not been able to write a story in about 3 years because for some reason I hit a wall and I cannot get into the mood to start writing. I still come up with some incredible ideas for stories, but I just can't get started. What can I do to fix this?
If I knew, I'd tell you. I'm in exactly the same situation.

Try writing using short sentences
I am sorry, but I just don't understand writer's block. I always have loads of themes on which to write.
When I'm writing a book I usually work on it, say three evening a week, doing one chapter about 2000 words.
My books are medium sized stories, about 70 pages, say 8 to 12 chapters. So I get one done in a month.
When I started I made so many grammatical and punctuation errors that my poor published had to make lots of corrections.
Now, after 17 books, I am much better and there is not much for him to do.
