Are you talking about something like the dice? (Players have two dice. They're quite detailed rules for Strip card games there Ed, when we play over here we down a shot after each round, then we take all our clothes off at the end of the match! Much more fun.

I've played a lot of strip poker and found it to be a great ice breaker. I prefer 5 card draw which is pretty easy for anyone to understand and most have played it or can be taught quickly.
