Need a Ghost Writer to publish my story

I have one story published, and I can't even get the publish button to come up on my second story.

I need help. I have read all the help, but I barely passed my English class in high school. I use Grammarly and Word, and neither of them says I have anything wrong. Is there anyone here who can help, or do you have any suggestions on where I should go to get help?
