They got away with it in the 1960s, but Morticia projected a subtle - or maybe it wasn't so subtle - yet unabashed sexuality. Unlike other TV moms of the period, she was a true MILF, and she knew it. Gomez couldn't get enough of her.

She was kind too, like when she went as Lurch's date to the Butler's Ball.

Yep, when you think about it, Morticia and Gomez were one of the sexiest couples on television. Even today, their restrained yet smouldering passion holds up pretty well. John Astin and Carolyn Jones played it beautifully. Yes, I am a fan from before I really understood how sexy they were.
When I was a kid it was one of my favorite shows. It wasn't until I went to a "movie" night in college where they showed all of the TV series that I realized how erotic their scenes were. Thanks for the memories.
Who could forget Thing, played by "Itself?" It was such a simple concept, just a hand coming out of a box, yet they did so much to make it funny.

Yeah, the CGI Thing in the Raul Julia-Anjelica Huston movies was entertaining but the hand in a box Thing was so well done and more memorable.
Too bad this was a show from the 60's. By now I think there'd be more shots like these (or I hope there'd be).

So wanted to be her as a kid. I loved the house, the "flowers", her family but most of all, how much Gomez loved her and was not afraid to show it!!!
Check out Kiteares A-Z of kinks and fetishes in micros. The first is of course A Actirasty (if you read it you won't have to google it!)

Not many truly passionate married couples on TV in those days. Not too many today, in fact.
Does this mean that we are going to get a 1960s comedy/horror fan fiction category on Lush?

I'll pass on Morticia. Goth chicks seem like they would be wild in bed, but they generally have a lot of issues (and usually a few terrible tattoos.)

Morticia was beyond Goth. Or to put it another way, other women played at it; Morticia just was Goth.

Apparently the early 1960s series had a lot of BDSM jokes in it. The 1991 movie certainly did.

They were a great couple. Gomez was an energetic, passionate, and gregarious husband. Series role model material there.

"The Punished Nonpartisan" <- Extreme BDSM and humiliation story. Heavy on plot. Served on a plate of political drama with a side of domestic terror. Currently Free download.

Jocelyn the Wicked <- futanari, fantasy fan fic, and some tentacles that escaped the laboratory

They had a dungeon, for f's sake. Obviously, I didn't pick up on that until long after I became a fan (figured the whole dungeon was just riffing on horror movies), but it is definitely an element.
