British Lushies will know what I mean. The man was a legend and I saw him perform twice and on the last time he was on stage from 7pm until midnight and the laughter was relentless. The funniest comment I've seen today is that his funeral will be held on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and part of Saturday morning! Thanks for the fun Ken, you'll be missed.
