So, apparently cancer, which started off the year by taking away David Bowie, isn't finished with music yet. Yesterday, singer, songwriter, and guitar player Greg Lake of Emerson, Lake & Palmer, King Crimson, and others joined the big band in the sky at 69. I'm a longtime fan of prog rock and he was one of that genre's finest voices, right up there with Jon Anderson of Yes and Peter Gabriel of early Genesis.
