Finding out that a girl is mean and catty is a huge sexual turn-off. Once you hear their cattiness and see it in action they lose all sex appeal and there is nothing they can do to get that back.
She said She doesn't understand how girls can be bitchs to people they've never met. I immediately thought of a few people. I noticed that's usually conceited girls who have an opinion of themselves that's higher than their actual worth. The whole "oh I'm such hot shit if someones talking to me it be because I'm so great, and I'm automatically better than them. Or they must want to sleep with me" thing is one way to look at it. It's really not an attractive feature. Like mild narcissism almost. They need to get over themselves. And if they talk about you behind your back it just means they're to afraid to say it to your face. That's why they're bitches lol. Don't worry to much about it.

I think ..its not only about girls.... its a plane human tendency.. everyone talks behind others... some talk behind their irritating boss, their incompetent subordinates, the strangers at pub.... everyone does that... the reason is ..its easy... safe and most effective way of starting an active conversation...
As far as "knowing" a person before saying about them goes.... even the people whom you think..know you good.. seem to talk different behind you...
