Having only two real political parties is very detrimental to the USA. Both are becoming radicalized, growing a much bigger gulf between each idealogically. There are no diplomats or statesman between the parties anymore and it is only going to get worse.

Most European nations have a multi-party system that forces compromise and coalitions. That works better than what we currently have.

Food Inspectors show up unexpectedly at any time, rush or slow. If the urban legend violations mentioned above are true, they would or will eventually get caught and shut down.

Trump added tariffs, which are paid by American importers, a highly inflationary measure. Nation's like China, in retaliation raised prices on their exports to the USA, especially computer chips. Automobile and tech product prices went through the roof.

The original Covid shutdowns happened under Trump. The SHUTDOWN was incredibly inflationary. Any true economist will tell you that. Whether necessary or not, massive inflation would follow.

Biden allowed many of Trump's tariffs to stay in place, and they continue to add to inflation. Biden then went on to massively increase federal spending, without finding new tax income for the federal government.

Another four years of either Trump or Biden is destined to worsen the situation.

Drastic changes are needed or drastically negative results will follow.

There is a minimum age limit of 35 to become president. Maybe we should enact a maximum age limit, say, 70 or 72.

The fact that Trump is an absolute immoral crook in business and all financial matters does not seem to negatively affect his cultish horde of worshippers. They consume his lies as a fact. It is disgusting and shows a real moral decay and lack of intellectual thought amongst the masses.

If Trump goes back into the White House, he will destroy the republic, any semblance of democracy, and our system of laws. He doesn't hide his admiration for dictators and wants to be one.

I can't see myself working the hours l do now, as hard as l do now into my 50s and 60s. I think it could shorten my life for sure. I do hope what l am doing now will enable me to have a very early retirement to do things l love. The current stress is miserable. I don't crave it. But right now l can't walk away from the earnings.

It is very unfortunate that a great case against Trump and his cronies will most likely be destroyed by this lack of good judgment by the prosecutor. A real bummer, as a conviction could've disqualified Trump from being eligible to run for office.

It is the middle that wins elections. and I think they are moving away from the views of the left. They may not like the right, but I think more of the middle finds the right more tolerable. The Republicans have been super vulnerable for quite awhile, but the Democrats are so far off target they can't take advantage of that.

You're right about the poor and middle class. That was the base for the Democrats for a long time, but the Democrats are no longer in touch with the values of the American middle class and poor. If anything, they are starting to turn to the far right, though they will never get anything from them. But the new liberalism isn't working or attracting them, only young liberally educated elitists. And that turns off the working class masses.

The pendulum is in constant motion and its swinging away from liberalism. Where that takes the world may not be a very good place. But things have never been perfect and won't ever be.

Now we have Newsmax and OANN growing in popularity and spewing far right garbage propaganda. Meanwhile, news sources like CNN and MSNBC continue to drop in viewership.

All tRump has to do is pick up a few hundred thousand votes in those states he narrowly lost in 2020, but won in 2016, and he is the Electoral College elected president again. And the left and moderates seem much more apathetic than the right. If Biden can't get the moderates out strongly in his favor, then it will be tRump in 2024.

I applaud Biden for sticking to his guns on helping Ukraine and Israel. Plus, the economy is coming back. Actually, it is very strong in some states. There is a big economic boom in Georgia. And my business is thriving under Biden. I'd rather keep the status as it is.

Just like Hillary in 2016, Biden can win the popular vote but lose the election. I don't see Biden mopping up. But there is still time.

At this point, who knows how the congress and senate will go. Be prepared, though, for a very disappointing election in 2024.

I am extremely pessimistic about the future political landscape in the USA. Barring a felony conviction, it really looks like that lying corrupt turd, Donald Trump will be going into The White House.
