When we went down to Cuba this summer, I tried something called Miami Vice. Love in a glass!!
Here's my "cheater" receipe:
5 oz Bacardi® 151 rum
1 packagefrozen pina colada mix
1 packagefrozen daiquiri mix
1. Mix pina colada with 2.5 oz. of rum w/ ice. Set aside.
2. Mix daiquiri with 2.5 oz. of rum w/ ice.
3. While frozen, add pina colada mix to a cocktail glass. Add the daiquiri mix on top, keeping it seperated from the pina colada mix.
4. Serve on a warm beach overlooking the ocean.

1 cup all-purpose flour, (spooned and leveled)
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
1 1/2 cups whole milk
4 large eggs
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Mix liquids.
Blend in dry ingredients. I prefer to use the blender as it does a better job of mixing the flour.
Cook as thin as possible.
If possible, I like to have my batter "rest" over night before I cook it. Tastes better to me.
