If you were unlucky with mess, chances are, the recipient wasn't properly prepared for it, if at all.

• If you are planning it, a proper enema might be a little overwhelming for anal.

  Get a douche (use only on that hole), fill with room temperature water and use until clear.
  Once clean, do it one more time with a water and lube mixture. Suggest condoms.

• If you are not pre-planning it, USE A CONDOM and WATER based lube.

For myself, I have a shower douche kit that attaches to the hose, and it is made from medical-grade materials. This works very well as long as you remember to keep the pressure low, and the temperature tepid. As my husband says, you are not putting out a fire! 😳 Of course, this in itself, feels rather wonderful too.

Lube is very important, water-based for condoms!

As for ass to mouth - mon dieu, just no. No matter how much you try, there are so many variables including how vigorous the act was.
