Don't know what your needs are and I'm from the UK.
Opera has a built in one that I have found useful in bypassing some blocks on networks.
I cannot access Lush on a few I use, but flicking on the Opera VPN gets me past that, but it is limited to what you do through Opera.

Sorry y'all I gave up on looking for an answer so haven't checked in awhile. I'm trying to use the free version of Protonmail VPN. It loads fine and shows me an IP that isn't my "regular" one. That's good. But when I log into Lush the IP that shows up is my "regular" one not the one generated by the VPN. I'm not sure if it's a Lush thing or if I'm really not using the VPN to play on the web.
Do y'all have any suggestions or comments. VPN is new to me.

That 'free VPN' is not a good working solution. It's also not a Lush thing. It's your free VPN thing.
You've already had one subject matter expert offer to assist you (above). You should discuss this topic with her.
