I Still Love You.

It's hard to put love aside.

Even if that person doesn't love you back.

Or want you back.

Or even if they may have another love interest.

Because love is that invisible energy that inspires one heart to fall in love with another.

I love you.

And I'm sorry for messing things up as they are now.

I can't move on like you want me too.

Because I didn't take care of you, like you preferred.

Even when we were together...

You wouldn't take care of yourself even when I was there with you.

While you slept because you were intoxicated.

And I cried myself to sleep.

Even now, I still love you.

It's not my fault that it's your fault. I still love you, after all.

Nicely played passive/aggressive stance.
If I may be so bold, the line "Or even if they may have another love interest." is not needed -- it dilutes those that come before and after.
